1) If you use the Bose Webisite or app (which you must, just to set these earbuds up) you agree to let Bose use ALL of your information ..... on all of your devices ..... on all of you accounts. You give up all of your Social Media Privacy. They will have a right to ALL of your posts, your profile, even a photo you post.

I don't even use social media and I am sickened by Bose's invasive Privacy Policy.
I am sure i can find some other company that makes ear buds that are simply ear buds, and not a back door into every aspect of my life.

2) This is a poor substitute for replacing the Bose SoundSport Free earbuds. They added the touch feature but eliminated some key features. I am assuming Bose is going to drop or already have the SoundSport Free earbuds.

1. No volume control on the earbuds
2. Only able to skip ahead to the next song but not able to go back a song.

3. Eliminated the "Find the Earbud" feature. This feature has saved me three times from losing one of the earbuds after losing it out of my ear on mountain biking trails.

3)*Update** After the firmware update to address the lack of volume control I decided to give these headphones another chance. I must say the swipe up or down feature was a nice add on. Whether listening to music or on a call I have been able to adjust the volume with ease (i.e. not accidentally dropping a call, etc.). Something else I noticed with this model that is better when compared with the original is how smoothly the bluetooth is synced when you're already on a call. With the previous model if I was on a call, then wanted to switch to bluetooth there was a mild lapse with the connection; with the new model this transition is seamless which is great!
